Whilst not all the food was of the same standard, it was an amazing experience. The staff were very helpful and whilst they had as much English as we had Spanish, we all managed well. Would have liked some help with the menu as we ended up only choosing dishes we could reasonably identify so missed out on some good regional dishes. The coffee was NOT good! The building is quite extraordinary being built into the side of a hill.
This is definitely not in the tourist guidebook and therefore an authentic Valladolid experience. The service and food is good but traditional. A bit over-priced as you can get more delicious food for the same price in the city centre. The premiuim is to dine in a bodega.
