Casa Joachin - Fuente de Piedra

Not the cheapest in Fuente, but the best (it isnt expensive). Clams and a tomato salad (shared) between two of us, was the simplest, yet best meal I has during my stay in fuente. Though I will also recommend, the pork loin with salt and pepper.

Expected this to be really nice local Spanish restaurant, served Sangria with overpowering Whiskey, stale bread and some dry breadsticks. Main course was awful, dry fish and chunks of potato, no veg or sauce. Pork dish tasted like a Chinese takeaway Really sorry to say but I would not recommend. Only consolation is they removed one of the meals from the bill.

The food is fabulous, the service is brilliant and the host Joaquin is a joy to be around , miss out this restaurant at your peril , you won’t find better

Carta impresionante de variedad. Platos del día perfectamente elaborados, muestra de un gran cocina. Volveré seguro. Lugar a descubrir. Gracias.

Comida de calidad, muy buen servicio por parte del personal. Especial su ensalada de tomate y ventresca y carne a la brasa
