Feedback gevenA great culinary experience to absolutely fair praise! we were in the santoro for the first time today and totally excited that forth has something to offer! very friendly hospitality and excellent fresh food in a noble atmosphere. there is reference to what the name promises. genuss and event we will be happy to come back!
Die Karte sieht erstmal richtig gut aus. Die Preise sind hoch, aber auch die Qualität sollte entsprechend hoch sein, erwartet man. Fairerweiße muss ich sagen, dass ich mit meiner Pizza geschmacklich sehr zufrieden war, die Größe war für den Preis jedoch eher unterdurchschnittlich. Die Calzone hat die Erwartungen jedoch nicht erfüllt. Sie war Muschelförmig geformt was sehr viel reinen Teig zur Folge hat, suboptimal. Der Service war... bemüht, freundlich aber es fühlte sich gezwungen an, für den Preis leider nicht akzeptabel. Dann war auch noch das gewünschte Dessert ausverkauft das möchte ich aber gar nicht negativ ankreiden, da ich lieber frische Ware möchte, die dann eben auch mal ausverkauft sein kann. Insgesamt war es ein relativ teuerer Abend, in anderen Pizzarien in Fürth bekommen wir für das gleiche Geld insgesamt ein besseres Erlebnis.

We also agreed, but the court should also be prepared in such a way that quality can be enjoyed. the offer of a new laugh we refused, after all we did not want to wait another 45min. we do not recommend the local definitiw further. postage: after I can't respond to your message, I'll follow this postage. also now it becomes clear that although critique is read, it is not accepted! the tables were not occupied either outside or inside after our break-up. we were neither disrespectful, unfriendly nor inappropriate in any form. I just called the facts. the described mängel were now as they were listed. that the pizza was good in order, I told them at our visit and also mentioned it in the review. But who expressed himself with enthusiasm about his eating is a mystery to me! a review should be based on facts whether negatiw or positiw! my was unfortunately negatiw in this case but according to the facts. because their customer satisfaction is important, they should also accept their negative assessments for the future and not bring the customer into the justification position!
We were eating there today. at 20 o'clock was the local still empty? the eating tastes very un seasoned the lassan was not especially cooked without a hauch of flavor, salat without edgy? at my friend was plastik in thunfisch, was taken back. I think our expectations are not compatible with the concept either. is funny after months they have now changed their answer text ? no they had not closed. they seem to answer any criticism with such.
