Put your steak on the heated stone. Cook it as much or as little as you want. I'm all for a **** steak in a steak house or when I cook at home, but I found that these cuts were much tastier the longer I cooked them. Much better. I was angry that it took me until I finished 70% to find out. Basically, you should not have to fight the meat to get out of the stone. However, there is a deadline. Her stone is heated from below by a candle. As soon as it expires. At least that's how it felt. I was wondering why the staff always saw it. They also did not try to replace them. Haha. Start cooking as soon as it comes out.
Walk by chance and see a queue of people in the line in front of the restaurant. I'll have to try for dinner later. Really great in tasting, friendly staff, welcoming. Bar only restaurant, with English menu and many locals eat here.
Love the Gyukatsu! If you take a break from ramen and want meat, go for it! If you've tried Gyukatsu Ichi Ni San in Tokyo, it's similar, but the Cod Roe makes it very special! Free refills, too!
Motomura is my favorite Gyukatsu chain in Japan. The beef here is as expected from the brand. You allow you to share your set with your partner, but why would you? The gyukatsu is tender and juicy. Try the grated radishes, it is slim, sticky and delicious with rice. Go before 12.30 to avoid the long queue.
A new experience in dining. You cook the meat to your preferred doneness. It is also very tender! A must try!
