Yamanaka Akasaka - Fukuoka

It may feel a little elevated for motsunabe, but yes, definitely worth it for the food, service and ambience here. The Udon at the end of the Nabe broth was absolutely delicious.

This Motsu-nabe store is so good!! Make sure you get at least 2 people to the restaurant and the booking is preferred to go in, the meal is usually limited to 1 hour and some waiting time is expected.

The best motsu nabe I ever had! The fog broth is sweet, thick, full of aroma. I can just finish the two portions of potion on my own!

Amazing hot pot restaurant! Experienced by a travel blogger about this place and was not disappointed. The hot pot is something on the expensive side, but it is absolutely worth it. We had the wrong base and loved it. The miso is the classic and most recommended base to get, but there are some other options. I think of my meal here, the staff, and atmosphere constantly. This was the best restaurant experience I have ever had in Japan. The Motsunabe was very flavorful and delicious. This is a must when in Fukuoka!
