El Pollo Loco - Fullerton

Pozole pretty good. Taco salad egg. Chicken? had bad taste. Shrimp tacos? Yarn had a terrible taste?. It won't be there anymore. I don't know what they've changed, but it's not good. It's in the spices.

I'll get the money. I have the 2 PIECE-MAL and the KickEN-BREAST and WING WING WERE ANDER COOKED, STILL RAW from the INSIDE. And I was that ALSO didn't sell her. BAD, BAD SERVICE. It's about 25 MINUTS to take care of them and 25 MINUTS! ABSLUTELY DISGUSTING!

El pollo loco, they seriously make the best chicken. You may have to wait in line a bit longer, but the food is fantastic. I visit at least twice a month. I cant get enough of their BRC burritos and a side of chicken breast to add to my burrito as well as a side of mashed potatoes. Definitely my go to el pollo loco. Their new cilantro ranch is bomb too it's a must try on anything. Check it out

Pulled up into the drive-thru line at 3:20. By 3:45 the line had only moved one car space up. This El Pollo loco has always had super slow service but this is utterly ridiculous. Corporate should fire existing management and bring in competent management. I do NOT blame the employees, this is a failure of leadership. Maybe if you invested in your staff by giving them better pay, you would retain staffing and get better service. When I lined up in the drive through there were 8 cars in front of me including the car at the window. When I pulled out of line and drove off 20 minutes later there were still seven cars in front of me. Might as well go to a sit-down restaurant and get your money's worth if you're going to waste an hour in line.

I think A/C doesn't work right in the restaurant because its extremely hot inside. assuming we can eat comfortably when you choose Pollo Loco. Bad? Points already.
