I came here to eat and I must say Natalie made the whole experience very pleasant. I had a little concern and she addressed the concern immediately and with professionalism rarely seen in fast food. If this is any indication of their usual performance, it surely deserves an increase

I eat in this restaurant a few times a week. The food is great and at reasonable prices. I would particularly like to mention a shift leader named Candy, who is very sharp and extremely polite. Everyone who works there is very nice, but especially Candy. I recommend this restaurant.

I moved out of state for years and just returned! El Pollo Loco is a huge perk to moving back to California! High end restaurant quality chefs. The food is absolutely amazing. I missed it! I will be a regular that's for sure!

I like El Pollo Loco! They always have quick service. I always get the chicken family meal and it's always cooked just right. The prices are also very reasonable, which is a bonus. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a quick, tasty chicken meal.
