Flame Broiler - Fullerton

The previous owner, Ms. Lee, sold the restaurant just before the pandemic began. The new owners have upheld high standards for both food and customer service. The chicken dish we had was served hot and fresh. The owner was very friendly and personally brought our tray from the kitchen to us on the outdoor terrace.

Healthy meal and fast, friendly service. Clean dining room. The restroom was surprisingly flawless, but no toilet seat covers. Owner is very nice, smart and grounded, and it is so obvious that she is proud of her business. Our family loves tofu here. Will definitely return when we're in the area.

I have been coming to this restaurant for four years, and I have always been impressed by the excellent customer service provided by both the owner and the staff. While the food may not win any awards, it is perfect for a quick, comfortable meal that is a bit healthier than your typical burger or other fast food options. I especially love the variety of sauces offered at Flame Broiler; they taste amazing when combined, particularly the Magic Sauce and the standard red hot sauce. Overall, I enjoy the food, especially the beef. My only real complaint is that the beverage lids are quite difficult to fit onto the cups without creating a mess. The service here is incredibly fast, and a line at the door isn't something to worry about, even if you order something less common from the menu, which is simple and focuses mainly on the staple Flame Broiler options available at each location.

I occasionally bring my family to this restaurant, and it's my favorite spot for a nice dinner. I visit regularly, and I must say the food is fantastic, the staff is courteous, and the prices are reasonable. I truly enjoy dining here for a delicious meal.

We were served by the owner at this location. She was a wonderful and polite lady. Food was fresh and delicious! Thank you very much! It didn't stop there. She came to our table and complemented our children and was genuinely welcoming.
