A Huge Thank You to the In-N-Out Drive-Thru Team! Going through the drive-thru felt like an exhilarating amusement park ride! The anticipation grew as I waited in line, knowing that something fantastic was just ahead. The friendly staff kept everything moving smoothly, and their energy made the experience enjoyable even before I received my food. When I finally reached the window, it felt like the exhilarating moment when you board a thrilling ride. The burgers were fresh, juicy, and overflowing with flavor, while the fries were perfectly crispy—absolutely worth the wait. Just like at an amusement park, the entire experience was thrilling from beginning to end. Thank you for transforming a simple meal into something special and fun. I can't wait to return for another round of delicious food and great vibes!

I arrived a bit early for lunch, around 11:00 am—not excessively early, mind you. Given the reaction and demeanor of the staff, you would have thought I had just made a terrible mess in their cars, which was certainly not the case. All I did was order a Double-Double and fries—my only "crime." I've learned my lesson: I will never dine at this In-N-Out again, and I intend to stick to that resolution.

I give 1 star cuz you have your employees outside with this heat and no umbrella and no water. You should put a little stand or make some shade for them Food is good
