Jack In The Box - Fullerton

This place is by far the most beautiful and cleanest Jack in the box where I was. The manager was cool, polite and nice. His staff wore all masks and gloves behind the kitchen. It was a small summer that the interior tables were not yet available. But the food we ordered is good and fresh.

I usually do not stop evaluating fast food... everyone has its favorites and it is hard encoded so no rating (good or bad) will affect everyone as a rule. BUT this Jack In Box is really special that their staff AND FOOD always seems exceptional. NOTE that eating in other places is under par, but it always seems that eating here is especially well prepared. The staff is really friendly and helpful. *Martin is always there and reminds people and manages to say hello to everyone and remember us! We love him. The nice staff and well made food alone is an excuse to eat there when in the Fullerton area. Rarely find fast food, the 10 stars in both areas! Also, I am not the only one who notices this at this point. I have an employee who transfers another JITB location to go to this!! Food and people are the best I have experienced in the Fullerton / Brea area! Your menu blows the “McGarbage” trolls away! Please do not change ANYTHING!!!

The drive-through employee was rude. My onion rings were missing. The chicken sandwich was extremely salty. They ran out of tacos and my coke tasted like Dr. Pepper. I did not go back to complain because there was a long drive-thru lane and I was already on my way home, you really don't have time to check your orders and you rely on them to serve it right. I will not be returning to this location.

Really good. But they don't have chicken nuggets or tenders but they habd chicken sandwiches. ? Overall what we did get we enjoyed. Hope it gets better.
