Okay, 5 stars simply because I now have a Korean hotdog place within walking distance. I no longer have to drive to The Source or Cerritos or wherever. Like other mochi donut places, they have a variety of flavors. The price isn't bad, either comparable or cheaper than similar places I've visited. The only complaint I have, and it's a complaint I reserve for all mochi donut places I've visited in this country, is that there isn't a simple glazed donut. They have interesting flavors, but I just want a glazed option like when I was in Japan. They have a sign in store that donuts are only available until 7pm, which seems a bit early to me, but I didn't actually check what time they closed.I'm just glad this is here and I don't have to deal with traffic when I want a hotdog, but there was no one else in the shop. It's not a very visible location, but it's in a busy cross street area. I'm hoping more people will go there soon so that they can stay open. Also- this is only a review for hotdogs and donuts, I did not try the poke bowl.
I am delighted to find high-quality poke options in Fullerton! The variety of choices available is exceptional.
I went to the restaurant today and found out they no longer make mochi donuts. It was quite disappointing.
