Today at the dieucks in the target was the barista patrick who visited me, very polite. he made my day smile with his good energy and his contagious smile. Moreover, he made my drink so good that I just felt like giving him a five-star rating.
Drove all the way here to find out it’s a stupid target
As a loyal Starbucks customer for many years, I was extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I experienced during my visit this morning. The partner wearing the green apron, Kayte, was unhelpful and seemed to take out her bad mood on my family. Not only did she dismiss our simple question about a seasonal Frappuccino, but she also made us feel foolish for asking. This is certainly not the experience I believe Starbucks wants to provide for its paying customers. I hope someone at Starbucks or Target takes note of this situation.
Why would you charge full price for a caramel crunch topping frappuccino when there’s no crunch topping included?
