It is shocking how much a welcoming MRP can affect the customer experience. Very good location. Open layout.
These youngs cheat. they see what kind of car they drive and they calculate different prices. I brought my old mercedes in, and the mechanic saw a look of it and gave me a cita, that was $25 higher than the voucher price and said because it is a big car. what a load bs. I challenged them with the printed coupon in my hand so they could fit it together. I wasn't fast enough to first check the certificate price and they had me. these youngs just run a shady operation that I wouldn't go back.
These guys lie and cheat their customers for unneeded services. My mother went for a Smog change and was pushed into an overpriced transmission flush and brake fluid change. She said she would consult me to see if the repair was necessary, but pushed further for the service, showing her the dirty liquid. Like typical slim car sellers. I had changed the transfer fluid recently, so I know it was okay. These guys preyed on the ignorance of my mother of cars like any other shady business.
The coupon was valid, but beware because they will try to get business out of you. For me they used a trick to show me that my engine mounts were broken. Although true and valid, they dramatized it by hold the break and pushing the gas at the same time...this creates more resistance so it looks like the engine is detaching from the car. Use the coupon though.
I love her Cajun Chicken Tenders. Four huge white pieces of chicken, NOT GROUND UP OR PROCESSED, served with a spicy, crispy bread with your choice of 1 of 5 Dippin sauces. But the real treats are their cookies with which they are a bit stiff. I didn't even get one with my order yesterday, so I gave them only 4 stars!
