Feedback gevenReally delicious food, but I'm not sure if I like the entire screen order system. I guess that's where we go, even though... everywhere self-service. Thank you, Karen's! But my food was right, hot and very good, which is important to me.
Im writing this review because of the wonderful hospitality I received here. I came in last night after my friends car broke down on us. My battery starter had unfortunately died too so i was looking for a place to charge it. Diego, the manager and team were so incredibly empathetic and helped me out. Thank you guys so much, amazing team!!!
Great service Exiting the parking lot can be an issue. It forces me in the opposite direction. I have to go a mile out of the way because I can't make a left turn out of the parking lot. Best to walk up if you are local. Everything else is on point.
This restaurant is generally well-organized. They manage basic orders and phone orders effortlessly. I often encounter issues with their online app, which doesn’t allow for certain modifications. Therefore, it’s helpful when their staff can quickly make changes and fulfill requests on the spot.
I had an excellent experience at this restaurant! The service and quality were outstanding. The potatoes were fresh, and the drive-thru line moved quickly. They provided me with exactly the number of hot sauce packets I requested, and my food was ready in no time. It’s clear that this establishment is well-managed, and the staff did a fantastic job. Having previously worked at Taco Bell, I can confidently say they’re doing an impressive job here. You won’t be disappointed at this Taco Bell—highly recommended!
