Um hotel super central no Funchal. O check-in foi perfeito mesmo com um Gin e tônico. As camas são super confortáveis. Poucas vezes dormi tão bem num hotel. No entanto, pequenas coisas que estão envelhecendo podem ser substituídas. Como tive que ir cedo para o aeroporto, ganhei até uma lancheira :

Awful attitude of staff towards customers. Called during morning for a couple of coffees. Although I can see the funny side now, at the time I couldn’t. I needed to use the ladies toilet and unfortunately the lock wouldn’t open. Eventually a young male staff member shouted instructions from outside the door. I eventually managed to unlock the door and I was “ greet” by the staff member berating me, for not been able to open the door.No apology at all. This staff member had no idea how to treat customers and I would never visit again. I would add that other staff were good. Unfortunately this one staff members behaviour has lead me to write a scathingly review
