Smithfield 's Chicken 'n -b-q

Been here a few times and every time my chicken is wrong. I always order all dark meat but I always end up getting mixed. Everyone to busy playing and laughing then making sure orders are right. I even went back in and it was still wrong. The chicken is not even that good. Way to much breading on it. This will be my last time wasting my money on something I didn't order.

Forget the sides, just get the chicken and the hush puppies. The chicken was some of the best we've ever had, and the husb puppies are delicious. The slaw and the potato salad were both fresh but tasted horrible. Barbecue was very well done, if you like vinegar barbecue.

The service here is terrible , especially in the drive thru , they rush you off the speaker , talk way to fast and miss half the things you’re trying to say and order , there were missing food items in my bag and the young gentleman who was at the drive thru window was very rude and snobby very terrible customer service!!!

The bar b que tasted different than usual and the tea was not as good as usual . The worst thing was I waited several minutes to be waited on while one worker was complaining about another and also told two others. The staff that there today around 1 needs to learn not to discuss things where customers can hear
