Laguna E Vjetër - Fushe Kuqe

I have been at Laguna e Vjeter multiple times and I can say the food quality and service have always been excellent. Staff are very friendly and open if your have special requests. You can chose from the menu of just ask if there are special arrivals out of the menu. This restaurant is always part of my « place to be » list.

A friend of us from Albania took us to Laguna e Vjetër because he said tha we will enjoy it....and it was exactly like that. This place is just amazing. The atmosphere is calm and nice.decoration is really beatiful. The staff and the owner are really kind. And i have no words to describe the food, everything is 100% bio and really tasty. Fresh fish and sea food....this restaurant should be a MUST in Albania

We ordered grilled octopus and mussels. The wine and food arrived quickly. The first strange surprise was that shells were without mussels and they were a lot on the plate. They looked and tasted like they were just taken out from a freezer. They were with some sort of grease and too much salt... overcooked so I did not eat them. I was waiting for octopus. The octopus was badly burned to black colour. The taste was very bitter because it was burned. I told the waiter that it is burned and bitter but instead of telling me simply sorry we were in a hurry he started to tell me that that is how they cook the octopus in all their restaurants ???? and so that I do not know how the octopus should be cooked. When I told them that I actually order octopus in all mediterranean and that I know how the octopus should be cooked he told me that we came late but anyway they accepted us just before the curfew.... I asked what is the logical connection between us coming late and the burned food. He responded that I do not know how to cook. The night after my kids were vomiting... after the dinner here. I do not recommend this restaurant. My husband and I had upset stomach as well and took pills. On the top we were charged 9500 ALL while in a luxury restaurant a week earlier I was eating octopus and wild fish for 5000. This place is by no means luxury... you can only get food poisoned for a lot of money for Albanian prices . NEVER AGAIN!!!!

By far the best seafood spot in the county of Patok. Been a loyal customer for as far as I can remember. If you are in the area, you must try! Not only the food is to die for, with only the best catch of fresh seafood being served, but the place is stunning and great spot for pics. Service is top.
