They accept card and yen. Translated menus are available in a handful of languages. The building is inaccessible to mobility aid users though, due to the narrow walkway and a step needed to reach the restroom.

Restaurant was very clean. I was greeted when I walked in and acknowledged as I left. Menu was in Japanese and English with pictures of the dishes. Staff spoke English and Japanese. Service was very fast. It actually took me longer to order. I ordered the vegetable soup with tandoori flavored chicken with tomatoes and asparagus. It was ready in about 5 min. Very good dish. It cost me about ¥1200 and I was full afterward. I would definitely revisit.

We have been to cocos in the stated and it is one of my husband's favorite restaurants. We don't speak much Japanese yet and they were super helpful and kind and fast!

Hard to beat if you want Japanese-style curry rice in a hurry. Staff often speak English rather well. I liked the chicken cutlet the best. Don't get the garlic naan. Stick with the regular, plain naan. Sometimes I waited 15 minutes for my order when they are busy. I didn't order anything special or difficult, they just get backed up sometimes.
