Feedback gevenCalled this afternoon 9 piece offer for £5.99 usually very good today I got 7 drumsticks and 2 tiny wings. If you are going to offer these discounts at least honour them instead of giving all the smaller pieces. I use this KFC weekly and would like an explanation as to the poor management that has allowed this to happen. Poor or no staff training comes to mind or even company cut backs. This complaint has been escalated to wider KFC as these staff need to understand that my money is as good as the next persons.
Ordered online thought it would be quicker. Waited ages in the drive through. Got to the hatch, nobody spoke to us, just waited about 15 mins gave us a bag. Never had an order correct from here. Hot chocolate was warm milk with a blob of brown stuff stuck to the bottom. No point talking to them about it, they don’t care. Never going there again.
This is my second negative experience from this KFC. Both on the basis of how long food takes and how non existent their customer service is. No one acknowledging there is a customer needing an order taking until after they ask if anyone will take their order loud enough for everyone to hear. As the girl right in front of him on drive thru looked at the customer then turned around ignoring him one staff member was doing what seemed to be 3 people jobs cleaning, cooking and packing. At the point of walking in I had been the first order on the takeaway screen with two others on drive through. It took 25 minutes from order time to be served after having to come back for the order missing items. (Can always trust KFC to leave something out. The food was warm though so I guess there is that. I never got a receipt either thinking it was torn up as they started working on my order or else I would have done a private survey review for them instead.
You can always expect a painfully long wait for your food at this restaurant. The drive-through is not worth the hassle, as it feels like waiting for paint to dry for days. Ordering inside is slightly faster, but at least you can easily catch any missing items in your order. In the past 5 years, I've been here about 10 times, each time enduring a lengthy wait and missing items. The staff seem unhappy and have a "couldn't be bothered" attitude. The food is average at best. After tonight's visit, I've had enough. I won't be coming back. The stress of it all is just not worth it.
The staff was friendly, the food was delicious, and it was still hot when I got it home from the drive-thru. The whole family of five enjoyed a 12-piece boneless banquet.
