Queens Chicken And Pizza - Fylde

Today ordered at 18 o'clock, as locally called to order and said only 10 min longer delivery. 6.45 clock called (delivery). 7.15 clock (again). armed cold driver ran out, who was explained and said, give her refund only to eat! (2 times I didn't pay it and offered to collect! ps my 4 yr old is the main reason this post at this time of the night and not after the service, apology or anything. on zekos!

I order from here all the time that eating is amazing, any negative review must have been a rare bad night. The huh is particularly amazing and much better than kfc, the drivers are always friendly and polite and the personal in the business are great,...occasionally add in a little free extra! I would recommend queens, the only negatiw I would say, is the portion size on the thunder meat is a bit small, but I am greedy.

What a joke! a 2 hours wait for our food after it is specifically said it would be 45-1 hour late. every time I started, they told me it was on the way. the workers don't seem to be able to do work there. I was told that someone had to arrange me to wait for me about the extra we don't get, even after the ringing to find out where that was eating. Once the food finally arrived, we were expected to pay the full price after we waited 2 **** hours, and to deteriorate the dinge, they have our commands completely wrong. you say there was only one delivery driver on tonight, but 5 trucks in a car is actually abysmal. would never order from this place again. **** sweat, would not recommend to a single person and be honest, would not eat to my dogs feed. they like to see customers there for a run around and clearly do not care to give them food or service of a high standard.

They don't care about customers. they don't care. every order is late and there is always something missing

Pizza tasted doughy and overdone. Too much cheese not enough toppings or sauce. Roti was ok but bland. Mixed kebab was dry and boring with stale pitta. Only one sauce choice allowed. Chicken strips small and dry. Chips ok. All said and done this was...a disappointing meal and we wouldn’t recommend on any level and won’t be ordering from them again.
