Ichiban Japanese Steakhouse And Sushi Cave Mill Road

This is one of our favorite places to enjoy Sushi and Japanese cuisine. My family will choose this almost everytime given a choice.

If I could give zero stars I would! I ordered raw sushi which was warm when it arrived and it stunk horribly! My wife got egg rolls which were burnt! Portion size was pitiful, If I were able to eat it I wouldn't have gotten half way full! Everything smelled very fishy and was unedible. We spent $90 on our meal and we're very disappointed, I could have gotten grocery store sushi for a lot less and been more satisfied.

The service sucks at the new location. I called my order in over 30 mins ago and drove at least 10 mins here to not only sit at the window for 10 mins before anyone came to help me but then pay and get told I need to pull around and they will bring it to me when 2 cars pull up behind me and get there food right then and there. Worst service possible

Would leave less stars. Super annoyed. Called almost an hour before close to no answer for over 20 min no one was answering. Was really looking forward to food. Thanks, going to bed
