Very tasty and lot of varities of very delicious seafood options, a must to tray any lobster combinations
The food was bland. The server was not attentive. My order was messed up and had to be fixed twice. I usually don’t send food back but I ordered medium steak, it was cooked well done and so tough that I couldn’t cut it. That Cheddar Bay Stuffing was just nasty. I was told there was only one person working in the kitchen. I can understand how there was confusion.
Thanks Red lobster for replying and offering to fix this. BUT we spent $100 for our ruined meals and a $40 gift card although appreciated won't cover one meal. This basically benifits you because it gets the customer to come back and spend more.First our broccoli was brown looking and tasting like it was on its way out. Then my husbands lobster tail was mushy. We got new broccoli that was still terrible. We got a new better lobster tail we waited close to 30 minutes for. The biggest disappointment is that the manager never stopped by after two errors in their kitchens part.Very disappointing! Server was great! This was not his fault!
Our server was helpful and knowledgeable. I love the cheddar biscuits and fried shrimp. Our food came out hot and tasting good!
