The service was good, but the food was awful. The grilled chicken was old and mushy, barely warm. I requested a to-go box but I will not return. I cannot support a restaurant that serves obviously old food.

My family and I waited for 2.5 hours at the Spring Hill, TN location from the time we checked in until our food was brought out. Two of us had ordered biscuits and gravy, but after 2.5 hours, everything was brought out except for the biscuits and gravy as they were out of gravy. We left without eating. Out of the 100 locations I have visited, Spring Hill, TN is consistently the worst. Despite being only five minutes away, we will never go back. Save yourself the trouble and eat anywhere else. The Spring Hill location is consistently disappointing and should consider closing down and reopening as a new restaurant.
