American Deli - Gadsden

Good, but.... what do they have against veggies? I was so disappointed after my food was delivered last night that I almost left a horrible review. It was just about the most pitiful cheesesteak sandwich I've ever seen. After digging through the cheesesteak, I finally spotted one speck of bell pepper and a couple of tiny onion pieces. Normally I order my phillies with extra, but there was no option for special requests. Also, it was not disclosed that the salads came with pickles (chopped into tiny pieces?!? . Not necessarily gross, but what an unpleasant surprise! But I was famished and ate it anyway. Oh, and the rattle in my cup of diet Coke with no ice (which actually was an option .....

Food is great I love it but when I say thank you the lady is very rude don't even get a your welcome back when someone says thank you you say your welcome

The lady that took our order said the combo for the sandwich wing drink and fries was 11.99 then turned around and charged us 1.50 for each fry. Then when confronted about it she states the fries wasn't included. The food is good but prices are ridiculous

Good food but horrible customer service and the ladies are rude

The wings here are the best I've ever had, but the staff doesn't seem to recognize me whenever I visit.
