Feedback gevenI really love Chick-fil-A! The long lines are a testament to how good their food is, but thankfully, the line moves quickly.
Typically this is my favorite chick felt one of the owners and his wife are both so nice. But the last two times I was had bad experiences. A friend and I went to our lunch break and we had to wait for her order as long as we had to go without her food and she was ignored twice when she asked for her order. Today I ordered for lunch and waited forever. I finally got my sandwich and it was probably the worst girl felt a sandwich I've ever had. It tasted like fat I couldn't even finish it. I hate to leave even a bad review, but I feel like I don't have the box felt a service I have visited in the last few times.
If you're considering a negative opinion about this place, I recommend speaking with Shane, Jason, or Carter—they'll definitely enhance your experience. Out of all the fast food restaurants and eateries, this is one of the rare spots where the owner/operator is actively involved in helping the staff. It's evident that they genuinely care for both the team and the customers.
The service was incredibly quick, the food was tasty, and the prices are reasonable. Overall, I have no complaints!
My sister and I ate at the food department. Not only the staff was perfect. But the food court was so clean!!
