Krystal - Gadsden

I didn't go inside, but the reception at the window was pleasant. The breakfast presentation on the plate could have been improved, as it looked a bit thrown together.

We placed our order at noon and waited about 20 minutes, but only received half of it. The burgers and fries were cold, and we never received all the fries we ordered. I won't be dining there again.

The indoor service was disappointing. The drive-thru seems to take priority. The burgers were barely warm, so the cheese didn't even melt. The employees were loud and rude. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, not even to those I don't like.

Burgers tasted old for Krystals.I have all stop at Krystals every time I went through Gadsden Al.will never stop there again. also tables were dirty stick also chairs were nasty.

Was great nice people with fast service. I stopped going because I was told it would wait 30 minutes.
