Pizza Hut - Gadsden

They delivered me the wrong pizza after waiting for an hour and 15 minutes for delivery. Then they wanted to argue that they cut it themselves so that it was new it was the right pizza. I explained that I ordered 1 large, 1/2 meat lover and 1/2 garden, extra cheese on all filled crust. I got a regular crust meat and paprika all over the pizza and no extra cheese. Finally, she agreed to make another pizza that took 40 minutes to make and deliver. Not happy with them at all.

Unfortunately, they were understaffed and kept informing us that they would attend to us as soon as possible. We waited for 25 minutes without receiving a menu, drinks, or anything else, so we decided to leave. As we left, we wished the group that had just been seated good luck with getting served. As a result, someone else ended up getting our business that day. It's a shame, as I truly enjoy Pizza Hut.

I asked for hand tossed pizza ..it was the thin crust...not enough sauce on it to be able to see it or taste it and onions were very sparse. I asked for buttery garlic crust..it was plain and dry.The cinnamon rolls were hard. Not a good experience today.

Ordered twice during the trip by Gadsden stay on the Fairfield of Marriot and from the order for delivery everything was perfect! Thanks to Alicia, who was extra thorough to make sure everything was done right and we even had plates, cups and utensils. Very professional compared to other places that do not even supply hot pizza as you order it!

I have to say that the last two times we were there for lunch buffet, it wasn't good. The food was okay, but they couldn't keep pizzas at the buffet. It doesn't matter to wait a few minutes, but once you put on the buffet it's gone. There were some hungry people in there who upload their plates and don't leave for the rest of us, but maybe they need to make pizzas a bit faster. I wouldn't give the quality of today's pizza so well. I always loved eating here, but not anymore.
