Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Gaffney

Having worked as a food service manager for many years in both paid and volunteer roles, I am confident that the meal I was served at lunchtime had been sitting out for hours. The cookie I received was also lacking in quality. I recall a lesson my chef taught me as a child - to always remember that employees may not always show the same level of respect for the business as the owner does, and that providing good service should be a top priority. There is absolutely no excuse for serving food that has been sitting out for so long. It is essential to carefully inspect all dishes before they are served to customers.

I visited the restaurant on a Sunday afternoon and ordered the spicy chicken strips. They were freshly made and absolutely delicious. The staff was also very friendly. I highly recommend this place!

Every time I visit Popeyes, I have a great experience. The food is always hot and fresh, and the servers are especially pleasant, welcoming me with a smile.

Took a long time and they were out of a lot of items. I understand supply chains are struggling, but the staff could have been friendlier and better at communicating the issue.

Ordered a fish sandwich combo and got just fish with no sandwich and my fries were old, cold, and soggy. My spicy chicken sandwich was good and fresh though
