I understand that there are not honest people in the world, and you need to take it by name, but that gives you no right to get an attitude with people who pay to eat in your institution! Other workers asked to look at his job and wanted him back free of charge. Then they asked to see my bag, and his order was under my name and once I realized that she had already made his order new, so only to keep the conflict I only took it.......and was wasted $11.31 on foods I ordered from the app to keep this confusion before happening. Now I am an annoyed woman who not only wastes money, but now eats food that I basically do not want. Thank you Taco Bell
Food was a good service was friendly. No complaints.
If it wasn't for my husband, I wouldn't eat here. Every time I come, my order is wrong. I ask her to correct it and get it back.
I flew my card through the Auto-Dru line and exchanged my card for my food, and I accidentally forgot that I had still blocked my card so I had to go to my account and unlocked my card. When she swapped my card, she obviously fell back and the girl says rude. Don't you have any money on the map? That's it. I was brought back by her words! Then I hear an employee laughing on the back and making the commentary ?yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa A joke.
I have never had a problem w this taco bell before until today. I went throught the drive through and only asked for a bean burrito a drink. I noticed on the monitor it said beef so i politely asked the lady at the window to correct it. She did w no issue. The problem was I could hear the cook say I heard BEEF BURITTO. She did not say bean. She said B-E-E-F. I could clearly hear all this from the drive through. She continued to complain about having to make the correct order until it was handed out the window to me. I would like to say that i didn 't want beef but she definitely had some and next time I would love to come into the restaurant and talk to her about how proud I am that she can spell beef and make a delicious bean burrito that was cold and nothing but tortilla. Friendly window worker tho
