Wings Etc. - Gaffney

I wasn't very impressed by this restaurant. The food lacked flavor and quality, and it seemed to be mostly disposable items. The wings were served without sauce and I had to ask for them to be recooked. The plastic utensils were flimsy and difficult to use, making it hard to eat the salad. Overall, the food was okay, but not exceptional.

Upon entering the restaurant, we were immediately hit with a strange smell that resembled a mix of an old attic and a box of crayons. Despite our reservations, we decided to give the place a chance. Unfortunately, the service only added to our disappointment. While our server promptly took our drink and food orders, the wait for our drinks was lengthy, and it took over an hour for our food to arrive. Despite there being only a few other patrons in the restaurant, the service was slow and lacking. The waitress even forgot about our drinks at one point, choosing to chat with other customers instead. When our food finally arrived, it was brought out by a kitchen staff member who reeked of cigarettes. The overall cleanliness and professionalism of the kitchen staff also left much to be desired. We visited the restaurant on 1/30/22 from 8-9:30 pm and will not be returning.

I came on a Sunday for ribs and wings. It's better than the guys across the street. Good smoke. Crisp deep-fried wings. Went back for a takeaway later in the week. Anxious to go back. Cost point is higher than surrounding options, be ready for slightly higher ticket.

Great atmosphere and wonderful food, love to eat there a few times a month.

The place is excellent as well as the food. The waitress Amanda was AAA excellent. Her personality was excellent and superb. Thank you Wings Etc for a great time and the best customer service.
