Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Who did Zachary's always good I got to take out the server the waited on me forgot my Zaxby's sauce no big deal we all make mistakes just a little disappointed always good

I ordered food the night before and of course the store was closed so I couldn't call to let them know. I called them today to let them know what happened so they told me they could not replace the food for both orders but I paid my money and you guys took that with no problem.

Horrible service. This place is a joke. I do not recommend this place to anybody not even my dog!

The signature chicken sandwich meal is the best. Seasoned fries are great and I love that Zax sauce

My order was served on a tray that was disgustingly filthy. When I showed it to the manager, she turned to one of the high-school-age workers and said You need to wipe these trays better. She did not address me at all. I have called corporate twice and been promised a call both times, but have heard nothing. Shows how much they care about their customers. Next step is DHEC. I will provide them with photographs.
