Il Carpaccio - GAGLIANO DEL CAPO

Three for the “cooked”. We got both dishes from the kitchen and pizzas. The pizzas are good and good. The kitchen is better for quality and way of cooking. Note of positive surprise the mixed fried. I expected the classic mix of arancino, crocchetta, ascolana olive and mozzarellina and instead they served me non-dozen things, not industrial and of valuable invoice. Eggplants, herbal croquette.. the place is clean and modest. Prices are in line with what you expect from a pizzeria. We took 2 pastes with clams and frankly were better, the clams were drowned in time, too much sauce.. the pasta was not quite callous in my opinion, definitely better to opt for the pizzeria.

Rustic pizzeria with table area on the square that allows convenient parking. Typical appetizers with delicious potato crusts made at the moment and others with filling of cheeses and herbs to lick the mustache. Crunchy pizzas and good quality especially the Parisians (white pizza with speck, nuts and bries). Wide choice of beers. Efficient service. Low prices. To be appreciated by scrolling the menu a section with detailed description of the ingredients contained for those who have intolerance with possibility of gluten-free pizzas. Unfortunately the flaw is the non-availability of ATM that forces me not to put the 5 stars.

Great pizza! The gluten-free one is one of the best I ate. If there is a celiac person I recommend that you make it present when you book. I didn't taste the dishes of the kitchen but the ones I saw pass were really inviting. The place is a little rustic, the outside from a square that is actually a parking lot, but still appreciable because it is just a typical place. Low prices. It is not possible to pay with ATM or credit card because they say they do not have it, this is not conceivable at all.

We took two pizzas, a buffalo and a parmesan plus a small croquette appetizer. The croquettes didn't drive us crazy. The pizza acceptable.

The place has recently moved to via Taranto, now the service is to take away with some coffee table to eat on the flight. Great pizza, as well as calzoni and rustic. I recommend pizza Sfiziosa, really good
