Frisch's Big Boy - Gahanna

I often come to this location on my lunch break via drive thru, and I have always experienced great and timely service.

If I could give this place zero stars I wouldWe were there before lunch and the place was empty It took forever to get our food.

Bad experience this Sunday. Super slow service, breakfast bar was hardly attended. Also, chip reader cards weren't working.

Not exactly a five-star establishment, but close by. Gerald was my server and he was great. As a bonus, I saw a guy who looked like Bruce Willis.

This is your usual neighborhood fresh. The staff is friendly as they welcome you and sit down. Waiting staff is good. I give them 5 stars, because the value is great for a young family or anyone. The buffet has a wonderful and tasty selection with enough variety for almost all. You can also order virtually everything in the menu at any time. It is a victory for a family or group of friends who want a fast bite that is not fast food (Juck).
