Kroger Bakery - Gahanna

Never EVER use this store Kroger ClickList. After SEVERAL issues on different occasions I finally call corporate Brands Embassador customer experience line to complain after waiting 35 minutes for 9 items they didn't care AT ALL just made excuses!. Done. Walmart pick up much much better! At least when Walmart system went down they called to tell me!

I ordered my normal food at kroger for pickup. to be called 10 minutes before 2 o'clock (my planned pick-up time) that they cannot fill out my order and apologize. oh and that they will refund me, but it will not return to my bank 3-5 working days. I also asked if I could just get a gift card and refuse it.

Just before a few hours here and wanted to let them know how friendly and friendly and helpful the staff was while I was there. it was very busy, similar to the days that busy up to thanksgiving. but regale were as busy as they could be, the workers worked hard to get out. Fellow buyers and cash were patient and friendly. in a time of panic and unsafe, her business was clean and as much as possible on stock and I just wanted to know that it was very appreciated.

I am just humble human with love for tree services, and in need of pie I donut know if I will acquire transportation of which to get my beautiful pie but I can certainly try walking probably good pie tho 5/5 on possibility of pie

Nothing to see here but another bourbon run to check inventory while out of town. Parked in their spacious clean lot and headed right into the sectioned off liquor area. The staff never approached me for help. I browsed and saw a few interesting bottles of bourbon but left empty handed. The shelves were clean and organized. Much is dependent on delivery days in bourbon hunting and they did not have the harder to finds I sought. They had some good bourbons, just not what I needed. The service was non existent which drops them to a 3.
