Jimmy John's - Gaines Twp

I had family visiting placed a big order. There were 2 orders missing. I called not pleased with the response and service we got. I was a big fan of Jimmy John's not anymore.

I was told a 5 minute wait…. Cashier failed to warn me that was just the wait on the bread. They ran out of bread. 6pm…… I waited at the counter for my refund while one worker prepped other orders.

Ordered from here many times for delivery and they switch managers and my location is no longer in their range. 4 miles is apparently too far for delivery.

I come here a few times a week because I work close, so I bought subs and I love the bread and the products are fresh a little salty some but good.Note: Has a customer y Jimmy John's should change the Menu ones in a while is the same every time and better options of menu.

I order a giant, with bacon. They only put bacon on one side of the sandwich.
