Fries are always cold it's ridiculous. Nothing cheap anymore atleast our food should be eatable.

My wife ordered a full sheet cake for her birthday paid for in advance I went today to pick it up and she had asked to have extra flowers put on it there was none so I asked if they could do it and they said yes come back in an hour hour and a half Icame back two hours later to pick up the cake and it still wasn?t done that?s OK I asked if it could be done and the young girlbehind the counter said no we don?t do that here I?m not supposed to do it the lady that supposed to do it didn?t come in todayone of the other waitresses said that somebody was supposed to have done it well so I asked if somebody could do it for me nonobody could do it for me the girl behind the counter was very rude I?ve been in retail a long time I don?t like bad reviews Idon?t get bad reviews but this girl really needs to get some customer service I walked out of there very angry with a cake withno extra flowers it?s not my fault I will not go back to that Dairy Queen is the only place to eat in town it?s cheap the foodwas good the last time I went but after this experience no more .

The country breakfast platters are amazing at Dairy Queen. You get a lot of food in them. You get 2 biscuits, eggs, hashbrowns, your choice of bacon, sausage or country ham. They're bacon is perfectly cooked and very flavorful. Get a side of gravy and feed2 people for less than $7.

We are very much removed out here in Jackson County TN. The Dairy Queen is the only branded fast-food in our little community. The food is as good as it gets and the service is great. And how can you go wrong with ice cream? Coming from Houston Texas itis surprising to see how popular it has become here. I have been going to Dairy Queen for over 50 years now. It measured a hugedecline in Texas during the fast-food wars. I used to prefer the food there because of the popular menu items like foot-longchili-cheese dogs and beef strips. The cheese bugers were good as well. It survived on its soft-serve ice cream products likechocolate dipped cones, banana splits, hot fudge Sunday 's and chocolate malts and shakes. It decline in Texas was because it wasnot 'Fast '. Not fast enough anyways. They were also plagued by racial prejudice issues and lawsuits because the politics were inthe hands of the many private franchise owners. That was a lot to overcome! Its good to see they survived the last Millenia! Iwish they would make the chicken breast sandwich a permanent menu item as I am not a fan of their cheeseburgers like I used tobe. Great food! I hate to edit this but I recently had a horrible experience there recently. I ordered a vanilla milkshake and only once I got home did I find doughy chunks in my drink. I can only assume they were from the new cinnamon roll center blizzard from how ittasted like cinnamon. Absolutely disgusting how unclean things are at this location. Hopefully things will improve.
