Chili's Grill - Gainesville

Exelente the wait time outstanding, great customer service from the hoste, server and waitress, and the manager. I will recommend this restaurant to all my friends. Thank you so much we really appreciate the great customer service that my familyexperienced today at your Gainesville location.

Kim, Dawn and Kindle are awesome! Great personalities and have never messed up an order! The three for $10 is great! I had the potato soup and the Old Timer Burger. Everything was fantastic! Great place!! ????????

Chili?s is a great chain restaurant for the cost and quality. The servers at this location do a really great job. They are friendly and on top of everything!

Had a dirty napkin that smelled terrible tucked between the salt and pepper shakers. No apology for that, and they left it on the table even when I brought it up. My wife and I both got lunch combos, our soup came out cold. Brought that up, server seemedannoyed that we did but took it and heated it up. Our lunch came before the soup appetizers did. We both got the bonelesschicken wings which were cold in the center, and the fries room temperature, at this point this wasn't even a surprise. Ourserver took the food off the table at this point, the manager came out to say she comped our meal? I said what meal? The serveralready took the food away. She rolled her eyes and said I was trying to apologize. Not even trying to sound like a Karen here,this was just an awful experience and I felt mentally exhausted and sad afterwards even! We did not eat, except for a bite ofcold soup that was terrible, and left hungry. We usually love going to chilis because of their drinks and lunch specials, sadlythis may have ruined it for us.

Portions were both delicious and generous. Well Anna, our waitress, made it a very personal and customized dining experience. Absolutely well done! We are going back soon.
