Buffalo Wild Wings Grill - Gainesville

The online ordering and pickup process was simple and straightforward. The hostesses were very friendly. However, the food was just average; the chicken was decent but nothing special. The fries appeared fine, but they tasted and felt as if they had been reheated or left out for too long. I arrived right at the scheduled pickup time and ate them in my car, so it wasn't a case of letting the food sit for too long before eating.

The food was good, just what you’d expect from a classic Buffalo Wild Wings. I hope for quicker service and kitchen times during our next visit. Our server was excellent, but it took 15 minutes to clean two tables in a dining room that wasn’t even full. It also took over 25 minutes to get our chips and queso and more than 40 minutes for a wrap, to the point where my mom suggested I give up on it. However, the wings were really tasty, and the kids enjoyed the atmosphere. We plan to return and are hopeful for a better experience next time.

National chains can often be hit or miss, but every time I've visited this Buffalo Wild Wings, it's been a pleasant and fulfilling experience. The service is excellent, and the bar food is served hot and exactly as advertised. I find myself passing by a local wing spot just to come here, and I believe their burgers rival those at any similarly priced restaurant in the area. The waitstaff is also fantastic with young children. In my many visits, the only minor drawbacks have been that the atmosphere can be quite loud, and they haven't had the unique beers listed on their table insert menu.

Didn't dine in, only pick up since it's late. Also first time been to this branch. Impression was good. Nice and clean, professional. Taste was average. Got the B20G20 bundle. Value for it? Fair.

Nice place to hangout and have fun. Food is good and multiple choices is beer. Definitely worth it to visit. I visit the place often and never been disappointed. McKenzie, Gio and Kristy are awesome folks to have as your servers/bartenders.
