The food was excellent, giving off a comforting home-cooked vibe. The flavors were delicious, and there was a great variety on the menu. The atmosphere was relaxed, with soothing music in the background and TVs showing programs for both kids and adults. I will definitely return. The service was friendly and attentive as well.

I’m downgrading my review to 4 stars since the restaurant has recently changed ownership and the food has altered somewhat. I ordered a steak burrito and tamales, which were really tasty, but the sides (beans and rice) and dips were rather forgettable. If you’re in the mood for Mexican or Salvadorian food, this place is still a solid choice. The food remains freshly prepared and offers an authentic taste that exceeded my expectations. The staff is friendly and personable, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere during my Friday night visit. The environment is clean as well.
