Chick-fil-a - Gainesville

The staff is friendly, and the food is tasty, but I wish they would behave more naturally instead of coming across as robotic.

It was satisfactory, and I appreciate the hard work of the staff.

The food took an incredibly long time to arrive, and when it finally did, it was cold. Additionally, the bun on my bacon grill club was falling apart for some reason.

The food here is consistently fresh and delicious. I was delighted to find a Chick-fil-A in one of our local hospitals! By far, it's the best "hospital food" I've experienced. The service is always friendly, regardless of the location I visit.

The staff at this restaurant is incredibly kind and compassionate. We stopped here during our Thanksgiving travels, and I was suddenly overcome with emotion due to the holiday and a recent loss, ending up in tears outside the building with my husband. One of the employees came over, gave us a hug, and offered to pray for us. Soon after, a manager came out to see if there was anything they could do to help. We are so grateful for their kindness.
