Five star all around. Nice guy Jason which was the bar tender and did a wonderful job, nice conversation and took care of the bar well. Will visit again on my next visit from Costa Rica! Overall helpful! Will visit again soon Jason gets a 5 star!!! Nice place for an afternoon visit with friends.

Went tonight for the first time and the food was amazing. Those fried green tomatoes are to die for!! I also ordered the Chop Block margarita….fantastic!! I also tried the spicy **** Mary….it was “eh” at best. Felt like it was way too simple and not much to it. I was expecting something else, I guess. Something more to it. It was too plain Jane if you will. Especially for the price and size of it. Other than that, this place is great!

Heard they had new owners and a new menu and had to stop by and check it out. Food and service was great. My burger was cooked perfectly. So glad to have another place on the square to go!

This restaurant has been bought out and there have been MANY changes! Better menu, food, service and drinks!! We have been there twice in the last week and have received ALL of the above! Try the Fried Green Tomato BLT!! Fabulous!!

We wanted burgers and decided (in the sea of fast food that is Gainesville) to Go to the square and try something new (Great Idea). Had the Crash and Burn Burger and fried Green Tomatoes and fries and onion rings. All delicious. The Owner just happened to be our waiter (nice guy). If your an awesome server go past and apply. Good people need a good team. Will definitely be adding ChopBlock to my list of go too's.
