Staff friendly and helpful. Sandwiches were delicious. Restaurant clean and staff constantly cleaning and checking on customers.

Firehouse makes good sub sandwiches. The steaming process extracts the maximum flavors. The Oakwood location gives great service regardless of the time of day. After many, many visits I can report that I have always received prompt courteous service and super delicious sandwiches The only reason for giving a 4 star rating is the price. Which is considerably higher than other sandwich shops.

Service good. Atmosphere OK. The Subs ? Just fair and rather expensive for a basic sandwich. If this is what inflation has done to the fast food sandwich business, I can do way better in my own kitchen for a whole lot less. Matter of fact, I think I will. So. What drive thru asks for your PIN number when using your debit card Not that I can input the info in myself but the staff asked me for it so she can input the info. Hard no for me!! Unacceptable!!!! No one should be asking for your pin. Management please fix this issue with using a debit card at the drive thru. Employee just should be able to bypass that info.
