Nine Spices Fondue - Gainesville

I recently visited this restaurant for dinner and was disappointed to learn that none of their broths are vegan, as they are all made with chicken and beef broth. They suggested that I could eat the vegetables and tofu with boiling water instead, which was tasteless. The price of $30 for all-you-can-eat or $17 for the vegetable option was not worth it for boiled vegetables and tofu. It's surprising that they couldn't provide a vegetable broth, especially considering their Happy Cow sticker on the door. This restaurant has the potential to do much better.

I absolutely love this restaurant. It's so much fun to begin with a basic soup base and customize it with the different condiments available at the bar. The staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, especially in pointing out which condiments and sauces are vegetarian-friendly. I can't get enough of the fried tofu skin and spicy broth. Plus, the conveyor belt adds a really cool touch to the experience.

My boyfriend and I just had a meal at this restaurant and oh my goodness. The customer service was outstanding! Our waiter was incredibly patient with us, as it was our first time at a hot pot restaurant. I would rate it 100 out of 10 and give it 5 stars for the food: 5 out of 5.

I had an incredible experience at this restaurant. The service was excellent, the food was abundant and delicious, and the bathrooms were well-maintained. They offer a wide variety of vegetarian options with an abundance of ingredients to choose from. You won't be disappointed with the options available to you.

This was our first time visiting this restaurant and we were very excited. However, our enthusiasm quickly turned to confusion when a waiter rushed us to choose 10 items from the menu only 2 minutes after being seated. We hadn't even had enough time to fully review the menu. Despite everything looking delicious, the waiter walked away without explaining anything. Considering the full parking lot and busy restaurant, we felt our business would not be missed. Hopefully, this review will help others do their research before dining out (which we didn't realize was necessary).
