Salad Creations - Gainesville

I always order the spicy veggie wrap, and it’s consistently fresh, tasty, vibrant, and highly nutritious. The staff are incredibly hardworking and efficient, always restocking, chopping, and mixing ingredients. The menu options are clearly explained on the board, and I love that I can customize my own salad anytime. I find myself looking forward to lunch more than ever. I value the spicy veggie wrap just as much as Dragonfly’s Magic Matt and The Top’s Love and Rockets Beyond Burger.

I hope to share a better recommendation soon! I've always been a big fan of Salad Creations, but my last three visits have been quite disappointing. First, my spicy veggie salad was so overpoweringly spicy that I couldn't finish it. Second, my salad sat there waiting to be chopped while the staff took another customer's order and prepared their entire salad first. After that, they finally chopped mine, then moved on to the next person's salad, and covered both salads one after the other. I really don’t understand why I had to wait while they alternated between salads. Third, when my salad was finally chopped, it was more mixed than actually chopped. Fourth, two other people were busy with different tasks, leaving just one person to prepare salads for twelve customers waiting in line! I get that things can go wrong sometimes, but this has now happened three times. I'm sharing this in hopes that someone will take notice!

The food is delicious and the portions are generous. However, the staff can be inconsistent. If it's close to closing time, they tend to not restock certain types of lettuce and their attitude can be a bit lackluster.

Good salads most of the time but there is no consistency. Some of the ABSOLUTELY RUDEST people you will ever encounter working in an eating establishment. It is a disgrace to have the employees of Salad Creations working on the UF campus displaying such a rude and negative attitude.

Salad here is a hit or miss depending on who is making it. Some of the workers make it real good and others completely slack. I got a salad on Monday it was delicious and I ordered it again on Wednesday and it was not very good...You really dont know what how your salad will turn out each time, which can be bothersome at times.
