Chef Stelios Sakalis uses his Greek Heritage, fresh Mediterranean ingredients, and a love of The Rolling Stones to create a unique dining experience that impresses with flavor and presentation. The setting was impressive, the staff attentive, and the pairings superb. If you’re staying in the Chianti region, this restaurant should be at the top of your list. Definitely value for money!!

In a room of centuries, the tariff, of course, ranged from very good to so good. it seemed hard to try to work together to make small masterpieces that worked in some cases and missed others. overall pleasant experience.

During a road trip in beautiful Tuscany we had the chance and pleasure at the same time to visit Il Pievano, a restaurant that created a great memorable experience for us, where the chef has prepared a menu that combines taste excellency with a playful visual result. All dishes were unique and left us more than satisfied. Quality of the food, together with beautiful surroundings and amazing service made Il Pievano a restaurant that I would totally recommend and definitely a place that I will revisit!

Really a special experience! we chose the mysterium mr. hyde menu, wow! about 15 courses, all small bites, with amazing creativity. we saw cartoon themen dishes, rock and roll song themen dishes, a video game themen court, amazing. loved some better than others, but amazing food quality and immaculate very professional friendly service. a must if in chianti!
