I have never been inbarssed in my life they double charged me for a tea and forgot to take money for a toastie,the lady behind the counter thought I was looking for a freebie, how dare you its people like us who pay for your wages next time learn to calm down it was a mistake which happens, I just wanted to understand about how much I was getting charged for my order am allowed to questions this so how dare you ,if you cant work with the public you should find another job,i certainly will be telling others about this bad behaviour

We were really looking forward to eating at this cafe but as we went around the museum first and just reached the cafe to have lunch a coach party of people came up another set of stairs and so there was no room. We were very disappointed as nowhere had we read that the museum and cafe could be entered seperatley if we had then maybe we would have chosen to eat first
