Baskin Robbins - Gaithersburg

The best way to judge a business is how to react when a mistake is made. This Baskin-Robbins site happened with flying colors. When I arrived to get my cake, it wasn't ready. It seems they forgot. The person at the checkout told me to get some cake. There was not what we ordered (it was a custom cake for a special occasion). He said don't worry and gave me a quarter of the right ice cream. He also took back the cake and added the custom message. This place is also a dunkin and he insisted on giving me half a dozen donuts. I would not hesitate to come back (there were no problems in the past) and you should also give them an attempt. Just a bit of a warning-- try to time your visit if Quince Orchard Highschool is not to start or finish as the shopping center can with cars and the location full of hungry high schoolers.

Great experience. It was my first time in this store, and the cashier and the manager were both very helpful. Good customer service.

Very nice place. Clean. If there were 5 stars, it took a long time to serve. I just saw a person working.

Open early and have big coffee. Friendly staff, too. Star off because in the afternoon the place with high schoolers and the donuts are stale.

Long time ago it was the best ice cream around now it's just not the same but I still enjoy one and in awhile
