Burgerim - Gaithersburg

Good burger, ok onion rings, totally busted drink dispenser pooling a sticky syrupy mess on the floor and leaving patrons soaked and/or parched.

I had a terrible experience on 3/2/23 at this restaurant. The burger was the worst I've ever had, and the customer service was lacking. I’d rather take my chances with McDonald's. The patty was dry, and the cheese didn’t appear fresh. Additionally, it was way overpriced for such a small patty, and the sesame seed bun fell apart. I won’t be returning to this place again.

It’s okay.People who says they’re the best probably never had a good burger because the patties are but dry.It’s priced slightly above fast food and presentation and quality is also slightly above fast food.Fries are crispy, lightly salted pretty good thickness it’s like a 1/2 inch sides, in between McDonald and Burger King, dimension wise.They do have the coke mixer machine so that’s a plus.Review of people who orders burger with bacon and are shock to find they’re not halal is ridiculous though.

Burger was good, fries and onion rings were fine. I paid $16.77 for this pictured meal. Took this picture after eating one fry. Typically have to throw fries away at burger joints but here, they didn’t give much. I ordered the half and half of fries and onion rings and got three onion rings. Owner and cashier were friendly and accommodating. Gave me a free drink. However, not going to add this place to my return for “cheat meal” list.

While it's not too widespread, each BurgerIM location I've been to delivers on the taste and quality of the ingredients. Currently My favorite burger place.
