Diya Bistro - Gaithersburg

Diya offers incredibly authentic and high-quality Indian cuisine. My husband and I have tried almost every Indian restaurant in Gaithersburg, and this is by far our favorite. There are several reasons for this. The quality of the food is outstanding, with a wide variety of dishes available with plenty of meat and vegetables. The service is excellent, with attentive staff ensuring that my water glass was always full. The staff also accommodated my preference for milder food, offering me a free Lassi to help with the spiciness. My husband, on the other hand, enjoys spicy food and was delighted with his dish. The restaurant's tandoor oven-baked Naan was also a standout. Overall, Diya's location in Kentlands, just a 10-minute walk from my house, makes it even more convenient and enjoyable to visit. I highly recommend it!

The food at this restaurant is fantastic and the service is top-notch! The Thali dish allows you to sample a variety of delicious flavors.
