Gaithersburg Marriott Washingtonian Center

Always stay here when visiting family. Its one of the nicer hotels in the area. Its located in a great area with plenty of restaurants, bars, shopping and entertainment. Rooms in the back will have a nice view of the pond. There is plenty of parking and rooms are clean and up to date. Reception and staff are always kind and professional. This place can book up fast for conferences and parties.

The location is good for business travel but service here is poor. The hotel always seem to have some computer glitch either about my email or credit card information. I always have to make a second call to get my bill electronically. The level of service is not convenient for business travel.Rooms: 3/5

Electric vehicle charging station in the parking lot. In the context of a banquet, the vegetarian meal was wonderful. I have never tasted asparagus stalks so tender.Service: 5/5

1.all the service of staff is very good 2.but the refrigerator in the room have such a noise that bother the rest seriously, especially we are traveling for business. 3.the certain equipemet are quite old ,like shower head , and Bathtub pipe was bloked all the time.

During my stay, there might have been a total of 20 guests in the hotel. Upon check-in, “no upgrades were available” as per the front desk staff even though I am a platinum Marriott Bon boy member. The rooms were all small and needing some updates. The staff was very friendly.
